Wongaburra is a long established, community-based provider of leading aged care services located in the township of Beaudesert, which prides itself on the ability to offer all levels of care for your loved one, including Extra Services. Wongaburra understands there is an increasing need in the area of Dementia, and bases all care and daily living aspects on the hugely successful Montessori principles.
Registered care staff are on duty 24 hours a day to ensure a safe and secure environment. A team of friendly support staff ensure the living environment is maintained and serviced daily. Wongaburra also provides a comprehensive laundry service.
Wongaburra is an accredited Food Services facility, guided by all relevant legislation and provides a seasonal and healthy menu that offers choice and variety. The onsite kitchen staff liaise with a Food Safety Consultant and a Dietician to ensure quality meals are offered at all times.

We, at Wongaburra provide a caring, compassionate and culturally sensitive Palliative Care for residents; supporting their changing clinical needs and consulting with residents and families to uphold end of life planning and requests. The compliments received reflects this approach. Advance Care Planning is given the highest priority at the earliest opportunity even at the pre-admission stage. Dementia Care
A dementia-friendly home is a place where people living with dementia are supported to live a high quality of life with meaning, purpose and value and Wongaburra is such a home. We have a safe, secure indoor and outdoor dementia-friendly environment designed specifically for this purpose.
