Respite Services are offered to support families and carers providing an opportunity to attend everyday activities, short breaks or go on a holiday while your loved one receives the personal care and attention Wongaburra can provide.

Your Residential Respite Checklist

  • Have a Residential Respite Approval. Visit www.myagedcare.gov.au or 1800 200 422.
  • Call us to discuss about your respite needs with our admissions team.
  • Confirm respite date and arrange arrival.

Residential Respite Fees

  • The charge for Residential Respite Fee is equivalent to the current Basic Daily Care Fee* $ 56.87 set by the Department of Health.
  • “The fee comprises day-to-day living expenses such as meals, nursing care, cleaning, laundry, heating and cooling.”
